Reservation Policy
Making the most of your time with us:
- Being on time for your reservation is greatly appreciated to ensure all aspects of your services are received. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your spa reservations.
- To ensure you get the reservation that you want and with whom you want, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon.
- If you feel that you would be more comfortable or better served by anther staff member, please let us know.
- We love your children too, but we ask that you please make other arrangements for them to assure your relaxation during your time with us.
- All service prices are subject to change upon consultation and/or the discretion of your technician.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum 4 hour notification of cancellation is required to avoid the following service charge:

| - Within 4 hours - 50% of service value |
| - No Shows - full value of service |
| - Minimum 48 hour notification of cancellation is required for multiple services |
